Product, pattern and technical conditions should be confirmed for each inquiry.
QWhat information should I provide with an inquiry?
Describe the required pattern or provide a reference file, and include the quantity, substrate, product application and delivery destination. For equipment or process inquiries, also describe the current setup and specific requirement.
QHow should water transfer film be stored?
Recommended storage conditions are below 60 percent relative humidity and at 20-25 C. Confirm packaging, shelf life and handling conditions for the specific order.
QCan you develop a custom pattern from our artwork?
Yes. Provide an Adobe Illustrator design file so we can discuss pattern development, plate making, trial printing and sample confirmation.
QCan I request a sample first?
Yes. Free samples are available, with sample shipping paid by the customer. Availability and delivery arrangements should be confirmed with the inquiry.
QWhat is the minimum order for standard pattern film?
The minimum order for standard pattern film is 10 square meters. For custom patterns, discuss the artwork and plate-making requirements with us first.
QWhich substrates can be used for water transfer printing?
Applications can be discussed for ceramic, plastic, metal, wood, fiberglass and other substrates. Suitability must still be confirmed based on the surface condition, geometry and product requirements.
QWhat pattern categories are available?
Common categories include wood grain, stone, camouflage, carbon fiber, animal, floral and designer patterns. Contact us to discuss available samples and specific designs.
QWhat products and services do you provide?
